Wayon维安MOS管:N-MOS和P-MOS区别:
1、三个极怎么判
MOS管的管脚:源极S(source)、栅极G(Gate)和漏极(Drain),
MOS管有两种:一个是PMOS管,一个是NMOS管;
Nmos管:漏极D接正极,源极S接负极,栅极G正电压时导电沟道建立
Pmos管,漏极D接负极,源极S接正极,栅极G负电压时,导电沟道建立
导通特性:
NMOS是栅极高电平|VGS| > Vt(G电位比S电位高)导通,低电平断开,可用来控制与地之间的导通。|VGS| > Vt(G电位比S电位低)导通,高电平断开,可用来控制与电源之间的导通。
MOS管应用:
使用NMOS当下管,S极直接接地,只需将G极电压固定值为5V即可导通(该5V视MOS管型号而定)
使用PMOS当上管,S极直接接电源VCC(5V),只需将G极电压固定值为0V即可导通。
